1. Order & Unboxing Policy

• We recommend customers to take a clear unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the product completely) as proof in case of any damage or missing items.

• Complaints without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• Products can only be returned or exchanged if found damaged or defective during delivery, and a valid unboxing video is provided.

• Returns must be requested within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging for eligibility.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Products damaged after wearing will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• Products damaged after washing or altering in any way are non-refundable.

• Color variation due to lighting or screen display will not be considered a defect.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipping only. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

5. Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped within 2–5 business days.
